U.V. Coating
UV coating is a transparent liquid finish cured in seconds with ultraviolet light, providing an eye-catching high-gloss or satin finish. It intensifies color brightness and provides abrasion, moisture, and sun fade protection—perfect for packaging, business cards, and high-impact marketing pieces. UV may be applied as a blanket “flood” coat or selectively as spot UV for striking emphasis and contrast.
Aqua Varnish
Aqueous (aqua) varnish is a quick-drying, water-based finish applied to impart slight gloss, satin, or matte effects. It provides fingerprint, scuff, and dirt protection, as well as making the print more resistant and environmentally friendly. Available for use on many substrates, aqueous varnish is usually the “default” choice for economical, professional finishing.
Oven Print Varnish
Heat-setting varnish needs heat to cure, providing added resistance to wear, friction, and abrasion as well as protection for specialized use—such as where high-temperature or harsh handling resistance is needed. Heat-setting varnish is the perfect solution for pack and print applications that need an added strength.
Auto Punching
Automated die punching accurately shapes, creases, or punches holes print stock at high speed, allowing sophisticated shapes, package structures, and special designs cost-effectively—essential for folders, cartons, and specialty items.
Emboss
Embossing puts raised or recessed designs in the paper, giving it depth and sophistication. It highlights logos, images, or titles by providing them with a tangible presence that can be both viewed and touched—ideal for invitations, business cards, and luxury packaging.
